Hello, I'm Steph.

I'm working on the foundation models team at Amazon, building Rufus AI. I developed distributed training infrastructure and frameworks to train LLMs with thousands of GPUs. Before that, I was at various companies working on full-stack development and distributed systems. Outside of work, you can find me at tech events, tennis courts, or in the middle of the ocean (probably surfing or spearfishing).
